That's why we have recently celebrated Early Years Appreciation Day, a special occasion to show our gratitude and recognition to our amazing team. On this day, all the staff had breakfast brought for them and a personalised message from the management team about what we love about them and a rose. It was a lovely way to start the day and to make everyone feel appreciated and valued.

But we don't stop there. We also have team of the month where the team who have gone above and beyond get their faces on the trophy which is displayed in the foyer, regular certificates and treats to recognise special moments and achievements of our staff. Whether it's going the extra mile for a child, completing a training course, or simply being a great colleague, we always celebrate and reward our staff for their hard work and commitment.
